We will be working on climbing techniques and tactics, including: stationary, moving rope systems, and hybrid systems; line setting; basal/canopy anchor installation and retrieval; redirects/predirects; and traversing the canopy.
This class will cover intermediate and advanced techniques. The goal is learning when and how to apply different tactics to accomplish goals in the canopy safely and efficiently. Though we will be demonstrating a range of techniques, we will have a number of stations for you to apply some of the new tactics with your current climbing techniques and try them out in controlled scenarios.
