Refund policy

Returned items are subject to a %10 handling charge. NO RETURNS ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS. Special orders, including stenciled garments are NOT returnable.

SHORTAGES MUST be reported by telephone or email within 24 hours, the box the order came in must be saved so that a claims adjuster can examine it, otherwise shortages WILL NOT be reimbursed by either ENDORS ARBORIST AND ROPE SUPPLY or the shipper. Orders are double checked before leaving ENDORS ARBORIST AND ROPE SUPPLY, so shortages are rare. This can be detected only if the box is saved and the shortage is reported to ENDORS ARBORIST AND ROPE SUPPLY within 24 Hrs.
